Assistant Professor of Italian Studies at Johns Hopkins University

The Department of German and Romance Languages and Literatures at Johns Hopkins University (http://grll.jhu.edu) seeks to fill the position of Assistant Professor of Italian Studies, tenure track. The preferred primary field will be modern Italian literature and/or cinema, with secondary interest’s related fields such as media studies or comparative literature. The successful application will have a proven track record of research and teaching. QUALIFICATIONS

PhD in Italian, comparative literature, or related field, evidence of excellent teaching and scholarly potential, native or near native fluency in Italian and English.
