We would like to inform you that ATeM (Archives of Text and Music Studies), a Cultural Studies journal dedicated to the interdisciplinary study of text and music relations in Romance languages, is preparing its fourth issue (December 2019).
Issue n° 4 will have a methodological focus: We intend to create a section that welcomes contributions arising from the cooperation of two researchers coming from different disciplines (literary/cultural studies plus musicology or sociology or ethnology, etc.). The contributions should be written ‘in tandem’ and thus be interdisciplinary in the strict meaning of the term. In addition, issue N ° 4 is also open to contributions by individual researchers.
Regarding subject matter, we welcome research and review articles that consider text and music relations in the Romance languages. Research articles will be submitted to a peer review process.
The deadline for submissions is June 30, 2019 (research articles) and August 1st, 2019 (review articles).
We are looking forward to exciting contributions.
